Linhill Celtic Registration 2026

Outstanding fees for 2025 must be paid in full.

• 100% of the fees must be paid before:
• Player attends any training session
• Player’s Card requested from the Association
• Playing Kit Ordered
• The balance is due and payable no later than the end of March 2026.

If fees are outstanding the Player will not be issued with a card and will be unable to participate in matches.

If there are any mitigating circumstances, please discuss directly with the Committee.

Please ensure enrolments are for the correct age groups.

Coaches & Managers are NOT allowed to receive registration monies.

Please ensure you receive a receipt for cash payments.

No refunds will be made once a player has been registered and/or issued with playing kit.

The risk of injury is inherent in sport participation. The safety of each member is of utmost importance to LINHILL Celtic Football Club.

Coaches, Managers and Committee Members will take all reasonable precautionary measures to provide a safe training and playing environment.

By completing this registration form and accepting the consent below, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The player will be training and participating at LINHILL Celtic Football Club.
• You are aware of correct clothing and equipment requirements.
• Participation is entirely at your own risk.
• This indemnity applies for the full duration of participation.
• You accept all risks associated with football activities.
• You agree no claims may be instituted against LINHILL Celtic Football Club, its Committee, Coaches, Managers or Representatives.
• You agree to follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• You authorise the use of photos, videos and media for club promotional purposes.
• You grant permission for medical treatment in emergencies and accept responsibility for related costs.

You confirm that you understand the contents and implications of this indemnity agreement.

• Ensure your child is on time for practices, games and tournaments.
• Ensure your child is correctly dressed and equipped.
• Ensure shin pads and proper football boots are worn.
• Ensure all fees are paid in full.
• Arrange transport for your child to all matches and training.
• Respect Coaches, Managers, Match Officials and opponents.
• Refrain from verbal or physical abuse.
• Stay off the pitch during matches and training.
• Respect all club facilities and property.
• LINHILL Celtic Football Club maintains a zero tolerance policy toward racism.
• Profanity and obscene gestures will not be tolerated.

• Develop sporting ability, discipline and teamwork.
• Give maximum effort at all times.
• Respect teammates, opponents and officials.
• Avoid violence, abuse and unsporting conduct.
• Follow all laws and rules of the game.
• Respect Coaches and Team Officials.
• Refrain from profanity and abusive conduct.
• Accept victories and defeats with sportsmanship.

1. Player development remains the primary focus at Linhill Celtic Football Club.
2. Parents must maintain communication with Coaches and Managers.
3. Parents may not interfere with coaching decisions.
4. Attendance at training is expected unless communicated otherwise.
5. All medical conditions and emergency details must remain updated.
6. Disrespect toward Coaches or Managers will not be tolerated.

Transport is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
